The Blood Prince Council is a group of 3 of the strongest members of the San'layn, brought back by the Lich King to serve him once again. The princes Keleseth, Taldaram, and Valanar, easily dispatched by adventurers, now make their return in the Crimson Hall of Icecrown Citadel, refreshed and empowered. The Council needs to be defeated in order to gain access to the Royal Quarters.
